How to Order

Personalization
Name Game Gifts offers FREE personalization on every item. You will receive an emailed photo of your purchase when it is finished so that you can see what the gift you are sending looks like. All items are hand-painted making your gift even more unique! You choose the name, you choose the design, you choose the colors (please understand the art styles may vary slightly).
Delivery
Items are individually hand-painted, so please allow up to 3-5 days for processing plus shipping time from Minnesota. We always try to accommodate last-minute orders. Express services are available and are shipped within 3 business days for an additional fee.

Shipping Policies
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional $12.95 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.
For local Minneapolis area customers, pickup is available. Please call or email me.
Sales Tax
A 7.25% sales tax will be applied to all items purchased and delivered in Minnesota.
Return & Cancellation Policies
Each order is hand-painted and may be subject to my discretion. I may or may not change the placement of a design to accommodate the shape of an item.
Because our product is hand-painted, we cannot accept items for return, unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalization is clearly inaccurate (i.e., spelling errors). We are not liable for mistakes made on the customers’ part. If a product is defective or damaged, it must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Please call in your return before shipping it back. Customers pay for return shipping on authorized returns. Authorized returns should be sent to: Name Game Gifts, 2300 Rivendell Lane, Minnetonka, MN 55305
If your order was damaged in shipping, hold on to the products and packaging, and contact us immediately. We will report the claim to UPS and replace the item. It’s a good idea to open and inspect all items upon receipt. This is to your benefit since we cannot place claims or accept returns after 30 days. Please handle your product with care. To clean, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid greasy substances like hand cream or sun-tan lotion when handling the products. It may damage the paint. Also, avoid using any chemical cleaners. For best results, use a very soft disposable cloth.
You may cancel your order if personalization has not begun by e-mailing info@namegamegifts.com or call Customer Care at 952-541-0781. In most cases, processing begins within 24 hours of your order, so we will do our best to cancel your order within that time.
Payment Options
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all online orders. Cash or check is ok if picking up the order.
Art Choices
Please note that not all of the art designs can fit on all of the available items.

Name Game Gifts appreciates your patronage and respects your privacy. Any information that you provide to us is used only to process your order(s), reply to your questions, and improve your future experiences with our site. We will not share your personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, or credit card information, with anyone for any reason, unless required to by law.
