How to Order
Please
use only one ordering method below to avoid duplicate
shipments:
Ordering
Online - The Name Game Shopping Cart
The
Name
Game
uses
an
online "shopping
cart". Your
cart
holds
all
of
your
products
until you
are
ready
to
actually
purchase. Don't
worry,
adding
products
to
your
shopping
cart does
not
mean
you
have
to
buy
them.
Once
you see a product you would like to purchase and
personalize, simply click "Order". It's
that easy. Your shopping cart page will display,
showing you everything you have ordered so far, and
all of the personalization options for each item. Your
most recent purchase will be added to the bottom
of the shopping cart. You may have to scroll
down to see all of the items in your cart, and recent
additions.

Choosing
Personalization Options
Personalization
instructions will be displayed for each item
in the cart. Follow the instructions, and
select your design options from the drop-down
boxes: colors, sizes, styles, etc. A text
box will be available for you to type in the
name, initials, or message to be personalized
on the item. Please note: The personalization
options for each of our products often varies. Be
sure to follow the instructions for each product
in your shopping cart carefully, and make sure
all options are filled in.

Quantities & Editing
Your Order
You
may
change
the
quantities of
any
item
in
your cart
by
clicking
in
the "Quantity" box
and
typing
in
a new
number. Verify
the
new
quantities
by clicking
the "Recalculate" button. Your
order
totals
will
recalculate and
you
may
continue
shopping. Keep
in
mind
that
by doing
this,
you
will
receive more
than
one
of
the same
item, personalized
the
same
way. If
you
need
two
or more
items,
personalized
in
different ways,
you
must
go
back to
the
item
within
the Web
site
and
click "Order" again. Now,
a
second
item
will show
in
your
cart
with a
whole
new
set
of personalization
options.
You
can always change your design options at any
time during your shopping process. Nothing
is set in stone until you actually finalize your
order. So, feel free to browse and take
your time deciding on designs and styles for
your personalized products. There's plenty
of opportunities to change things later.

Removing
Items
To remove any item(s) from your cart, change
the quantity to zero (0) for each item you want
to remove, and click "Recalculate". You
may also click "Empty Cart" to remove
all the items from your cart at once.

Viewing
Your Cart
Any time you want to see your current order,
click "View Cart" at the top of the
screen. New purchases go to the bottom
of the shopping cart screen. You may
need to scroll down to see them, depending on
the resolution of your display.

Checking
Out - Finalizing Your Order
When
you're finished shopping, and you have selected
all the personalization options for each product
in your cart, click "Finalize Order" from
the shopping cart screen, and follow the instructions.

Most items are individually hand painted by one of our
artists, making your gift even more unique. You choose the name. You
choose the design. You choose the colors. Please understand that
each artist's style may vary slightly.

are individually hand painted, so please allow for
1 week processing plus shipping time from Minnesota. We
always try to accommodate last minute orders. Express
services are available and are shipped within 3 business

Shipping Policies

shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
an additional $6.95 freight surcharge per order
will be added to the above charges.

local Minneapolis area customers, pickup is available. Shipping will be deducted.
Sales Tax
A 6.9% sales tax will be applied to all items purchased
and delivered in Minnesota.

Return & Cancellation
Policies
Each
order is hand-painted by one of our artists, and
may be subject to their discretion. We may or may
not change the placement of a design to accomodate
the shape of an item. We may also alter colors
on items that are not white.
Because
our product is hand-painted, we cannot accept items
for return, unless they are found to be defective
in materials or construction, or the personalization
is clearly inaccurate (i.e., spelling errors).
We are not liable for mistakes made on the customers'
part. If a product is defective or damaged, it
must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Please
call in your return before shipping it back. Customer
will pay for return shipping on authorized returns.

If
your order was damaged in shipping, hold on to
the products and packaging, and contact us immediately.
We will report the claim to UPS and replace the
item. It's a good idea to open and inspect all
items upon receipt. This is to your benefit, since
we cannot place claims or accept returns after
30 days. Please handle your product with care.
To clean, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid greasy
substances like hand cream or sun-tan lotion when
handling the products. It may damage the paint.
Also avoid using any chemical cleaners. For best
results, use a very soft disposable cloth.
You
may cancel your order if personalization has not
begun by e-mailing info@namegamegifts.com,
or call Customer Care at 952 546-6263. In
most cases, processing begins within 24 hours of
your order, so we will do our best to cancel your
order within that time. Please include your
Order Number in your e-mail or have it handy when
you call.
